He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, in the areas of Investment, Corporate and International Banking, holding management positions at Banco Industrial, Multibanco Mercantil, Grupo Financiero Bancomer (BBVA) and Citibank.
He has a degree in International Relations, graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, in addition to having a diploma in Foreign Trade from ITAM, and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from which he obtained with honorable mention at the University of Newport University, in addition of an MBA at Harvard University.
He also participated in various courses with a specialization in Finance at the Universities of Wharton and Berkeley.
In his experience, he has carried out debt placement programs for an amount of more than two billion dollars, in addition to leading Banco Industrial, SA, to position itself as the first of the Mexican neobanks to place paper in the European market in less than one year of operation according to Latin Finance magazine.
He has held positions as President of the Foreign Trade Committee of the Guadalajara Banking Center and member of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Economy for the granting of the National Export Award, in addition to having been President of the Fundación del Asilo San Juan Diego A.C.
He has more than 35 years of experience in the financial sector. He began his career at Grupo Bancomer, where he spent 10 years in the fiduciary, corporate and leasing areas of the group, which had a joint venture with Manufacturer Hannover Leasing, Corp., held the position of Deputy General Manager. Subsequently, he held senior management positions, both in Mexico City and Guadalajara, at Multibanco Comermex (now Scotiabank Inverlat), Crédito Mexicano and Casa de Bolsa Cremi. From 1989 to date he has participated in the creation, and as Managing Director, of Grupo Celco (Financial Group), Grupo Serco (Pure Leasing), and Banco Industrial.
He is a lawyer, graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has a postgraduate degree in administration and finance from the Tecnológico de Monterrey graduate school, has received various refresher courses and seminars, having participated as a university professor and lecturer in various organizations and universities.
He has held positions as a member of the Regional Council of different institutions, such as Banco de México, Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, President of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives Guadalajara, President of the Banking Center of the State of Jalisco, President of the University Club of Guadalajara, member of the American Chamber of Commerce, as well as in financial and private institutions.
Graduated in Financial Administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey University in 2012.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector, starting his career in the consulting firm Ares Models of Business. Later, he worked in the stock market at the international investment fund operator and distributor Old Mutual. In addition to having participated as a co-founder of the leasing company Bestlease.
He has extensive experience in financial analysis, international banking relations, financing structuring in all sectors, implementation of new businesses, strategic planning, consulting and financial advisory.
Degree in Administration and Finance, Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara 2018. Studies at the Universitat Abat Oliba, Barcelona.
He has extensive experience in loan structuring, leases, sale and lease back, liability substitution, financial restructuring, company valuation, financial diagnostics and strategic business planning.
He joined Grupo Score in 2018, with a previous track record as a financial analyst in second-tier banking.
Graduated in Administration and Finance from the Universidad Panamericana in 2018. Studies at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et Développement 3A in Lyon, France.
Her experience includes the analysis and preparation of financial reports for credit structures, financial advisory, financial restructuring, valuations of companies in different sectors such as hotels and mining.
She first joined Grupo Score in 2017 and again in 2021. Her previous experience includes Grupo Citibanamex and various real estate firms.
